How does ordering work?

- First choose the muffin flavor you want to order and click on the shopping cart.
- You can view the entire order by clicking on the shopping cart at the top right of the screen. When ordering, €4.95 is charged per package.
- When the order is to your liking, press the “pay” button.
- You can order 6 muffins of each flavor. You can also order the combination of Chocolate caramel, Blueberry cinnamon and Lemon poppy seeds.
- Other combinations are not yet possible, but keep an eye on the site, we can adjust this.
- After you have entered your details, the expected delivery date will appear. Click “agree” if this date suits you. If not, it is better to order one on a different date. Unfortunately, we cannot (yet) deliver on all days, please keep that in mind.
- Choose the bank with which you want to pay with IDEAL.
- You will now be redirected to the website of your selected bank.
- The muffins are delivered per 6 pieces via DPD.
- The muffins are collected frozen by DPD and delivered thawed the next day. Keep an eye on the mailbox, DPD will leave a message if you did not open it and the package was delivered to a different address.
- You can consume the muffins within 3 days of receipt. It is best to put the muffins in the refrigerator for this. If you put the muffins in the freezer immediately after receipt, you can enjoy the muffins for another 3 weeks. In the packaging you will find an insert that clearly explains this.
- When ordering, indicate on which day you want to receive the muffins.
- The muffins are collected frozen by DPD before the delivery date and delivered defrosted the next day (delivery date). Keep an eye on the mailbox, DPD will leave a message if you did not open it and the package was delivered to a different address.
- In 5% of cases, DPD is unable to deliver the package within one day. This means that you subtract 1 day from the shelf life stated on the insert.
- Please inform us that you have received the package one day later than the specified delivery date at info@fabafull.com. We will check the DPD track & trace and will then email you a code with which you will receive a new Fabafull's little surprise for free, you only have to pay the €4.95 shipping costs.
