Irresponsible nutrition in healthcare

“We are fed by a food industry that does not take health into account at all and we in healthcare unfortunately do not take nutrition enough into account.” That is the core message of Patrick Deckers, chairman of Caring Doctors in Radio 1 Early Birds program. This recently founded and fast-growing organization is committed to a more plant-based diet for the benefit of the planet and our health. We can only wholeheartedly agree with this.
