Savory protein-rich muffins

Students from Inholland and Vonk present plant-based, savory muffins based on faba beans during the FICA winter event . At the annual event of FICA, the Food Innovation Community Amsterdam in AFAS live, innovation within the food sector was central. Students from Inholland and Vonk, teachers and companies affiliated with FICA came together for an inspiring afternoon.
